    2 - The “Gift” Of A Pre-Paid Service

I’ve said this countless times – flowers are the perfect gift, no matter the occasion! Of course, getting them as a present relies solely on other people. Moreover, the feeling is not quite the same when you purchase them. By getting yourself a prepaid BLOOM BOX subscription, every time an arrangement arrives at your door, it will feel like a gift meant specifically for you! On the other hand, you can even give them to your loved one regularly. After all, who doesn’t like being showered with flowers?

And as I said before, we will see that you get the best of what we offer with every delivery. So regardless of whether you’re in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area, or anywhere else in the North Hillsborough/South Pasco County area, rest assured that the season’s finest blooms will be waiting for you at your doorstep.

    4 - Highly Convenient

As much as you want to get fresh flowers regularly, sometimes trips to the farmer’s market or your local florist can be quite time-consuming or out of your way. With a BLOOM BOX subscription, however, these visits will be a thing of the past, as they will be delivered directly to you if you choose, or you can pick them up at your nearest market.

    5 - Exclusive Deals

  • Eucalyptus shower steamers are used in aromatherapy and self-care routines to reduce stress, provide relief from respiratory issues, increase energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

Hang your eucalyptus and lavender bundle from your shower head. You'll want to position the branches, so they sit between the wall and the stream of water, not in the water itself.

To enjoy your shower steamer: turn the shower on high and let the bathroom fill with steam. Replace the bouquet every 3 weeks or once you no longer smell eucalyptus.

  • Your fresh flowers may look a little thirsty when you arrive home, this is normal. Please follow these simple steps to care for your flower bouquet:

Prepare a clean vase or container with about 4 inches of fresh, cool water. Flower food is optional but not needed as we have conditioned our flowers before market.

Remove your bouquet from the paper wrap. Remove any foliage from the flowers that will fall below the waterline of your container. This prevents the growth of mold or bacteria which can cause premature wilting.

Using sharp scissors or a knife, cut your stems diagonally, approximately one inch from the bottom of the stem. The angled cut allows for a larger surface area for water absorption. Make a vertical cut on woody stems and immediately place in water after trimming.

Keep your fresh flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and excessive heat.

We recommend changing your water daily to help keep your flowers fresh. You can also give them a fresh trim every 2-3 days when you change the water to keep them fully hydrated.

  • Hydrangeas take in water from their PETALS! The following tips will help your hydrangea’s last longer.

    1. Cut stems at an angle.

    2. Put cut stems in water right away.

    3. Once per day, gently mist petals

    4. If the blooms start to wilt, shock them back by dunking the whole flower head in warm water for a few minutes.

  • Cut flowers, especially those with hollowed stems, often droop after a short time in water. Why? Because the stem is no longer siphoning water.

    Hat Pin Trick

Simply insert a pin or needle all the way through the stem of a drooping flower, about one-inch below the bloom. Carefully remove the pin and return your flowers to a vase of water. Within an hour or two, your flowers should be standing tall. I’ve used this trick successfully over the years with Gerbera daisies, roses and tulips.

    Rubber-band Trick

If for some reason the hat-pin trick fails, here is plan B. Gather the flowers into a loose bunch and slide a rubber-band over the stems and up to the neck of the flowers. Wrap a second band around the bottom of the stems. Return to the vase, and enjoy your perky arrangement.
